L-up consulting was created on the initiative of Philippe Bellier and
Christian Richard.
Philippe
Bellier
Philippe Bellier first graduated as an engineer from SUPELEC and
then obtained an MBA from HEC and completed his business education in the
CPA. He joined the Thales Group in 1977. He first held the position of a
large complex projects Manager, France and Export, then Quality Director (Thales,
Sintra-Alcatel, Sagem) and Senior consultant (Thales).
Expertise in complex project management (including 10 years experience with
radar R&D). Teaching and training experience: technical, project
management, quality (Thales, Air France, Enset Cachan) Mr Bellier is the
author of a technical book on microprocessors.
Implementation of methods of progress, quality, and certification.
Christian Richard
With a PhD in Mathematical Sciences, Christian
Richard joined the Thales group in 1979 as Research and Development
Director, then Development Marketing Director for Thomson Multimedia and
later on nominated Program Manager for ISR Alcatel. He then became Senior
consultant for Thales.
Knowledge of the broadcasting and health sectors (15 patents in video
signal management).
Experience in European R&D projects, and scientific cooperations
(IRISA, Rennes and Strasbourg University hospital complexes, Malaysian Universities).
Support
for adaptations related to technological changes.
